The mussel and steak bar has been a firm favourite for over 17 years with worldwide visitors and Scots alike since we opened in 2005. We have been granted the most popular seafood and steakhouse by various organizations. Our restaurant has been awarded a member of the Scotch Beef Club because we have inspected and satisfied the criteria regarding the quality, provenance, handling and preparation of the scotch beef that is served.

Requirements
Greeting customers as they settle down at the restaurant tables and introducing them to the menus
Taking the customers’ orders and delivering them to the kitchen staff for preparation
Confirming that the food items match the orders and delivering them at the tables
Inquiring if the customers are satisfied, giving bills and processing payments
Dealing with customer complaints
Operating the drink fountain and coffee station
Informing customers of daily specials
Presenting menus to customers and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request
Removing dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning
Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods
Attending regular meetings with restaurant and kitchen managers to find out about menu changes and menu specials
